Ranging in size from 800 square feet to over 2000 square feet of living space, they combine modern amenities with yesterday’s charm. All homes have frontage on our nature preservation areas, community recreation areas, or the River’s Edge.

Homes will be built by Kenney-Moise, Inc. , and will feature designs customized for life on the river. Architectural restrictions and guidelines ensure that the character of Mon Louis Landing will be protected as each new home is completed.
